What NOT to do after applying for a home loan!


A friend of mine made a joke about buying a ferrari during his meeting with his mortgage broker.  Even though, he was joking, the loan officer got wide eyed and begged him to not do anything until the loan was complete!  This is great information about what NOT to do after applying for a mortgage.
