This is just exciting!  Last year we did great, but this year is looking even better!!!

Number of closed home sales in March 2013: 262
23% better than March 2012
21% better than February 2013

Total home sales from January - March 2012: 516
Total home sales from January - March 2013: 676
31% better than last year

Average days on the market January - March 2012: 110
Average days on the market January - March 2013: 93
17 days less than last year
