Market Report for August 2012!


Number of homes sold in August 2012: 224
Number of homes sold in August 2011: 205
We did +9.27% better this August compared to last August.  

Cumulative Sales January-August 2012: 1,750
Cumulative Sales January-August: 2011: 1,467
We have done +19.29% better in 2012 compared to 2011.

Average days on the market from January-August 2012: 100
Average days on the market from January-August 2011: 113
Houses have been listed an average of 13 less days in 2012.

Although, home sales went down from July 2012 to August 2012, so far this is the best year we've had in real estate since 2007!  I certainly won't complain about that!  Let's hope for a GREAT September - December!!!!
